DAK offers excellent benefits and services. Everything is uncomplicated and tailored to you. Take advantage of services that go beyond the statutory standards. For example, subsidies are available for professional dental cleaning or for alternative treatments such as osteopathy. We also pay towards your sports equipment through our bonus programme. Our optional tariffs save you a lot of money. And travel vaccination is actually free with us.

Bonus program - collect points with a healthy lifestyle
Your health means everything to you. And we want to reward you for that. With DAK AktivBonus. Collect points, for example with your sports club or gym membership. Or with dental check-ups. Or vaccinations. You can decide for yourself how to redeem these points:
• paid as a cash bonus or
• converted to a subsidy, for example for your sports or exercise equipment. Then we will double the value of your bonus points.
Travel vaccinations: 100% reimbursement of costs
Travel vaccinations are not among the legally required benefits of the health insurance companies. However, DAK-Gesundheit will still reimburse you for the costs of certain travel vaccinations - 100 percent. Because we want you to stay healthy even during the most beautiful time of the year.
DAK online video consultation: free of charge
Get medical treatment from the comfort of your own home without long waiting times. This is possible with the DAK online video consultation. Licensed doctors are there for you and your family via video telephony via the platform of our partner TeleClinic. You can get a sick note and an e-prescription. A digital skin check is also possible. And all this is very easy within your DAK app, where you can use the video consultation as an integrated feature.
Tariffs: You have the choice
Are you self-insured and the type that’s ‘always healthy’? Then make the most of it and treat yourself to one of our optional tariffs. Which one? You can choose for yourself.
Because you simply need a bit more for globetrotting and pushing boundaries, e.g.:
- 60 EUR per year subsidy towards membership fees for a sports club or a fitness tracker
- 100 EUR per year for travel vaccinations
- 3 months foreign travel insurance
This is what DAK Fit & Travel offers: the combination of optional tariff and comprehensive additional coverage from our collaborator HanseMerkur. And the best part: we will pay the annual premium of 120 EUR for you.
DAK Garantietarif 90
90 EUR reward. Every year. For three years. You can visit your doctor as usual. And also take advantage of screenings. If you should need periodontitis treatment, dentures or fertility treatment, or if you have to pay travel costs, for out-patient preventative care in recognised health resorts, or for in-patient preventative measures, then your maximum contribution will be only 120 EUR.
The best feature of this tariff (known as a retention tariff) is that you will get your 90 EUR reward regardless – it is guaranteed. When you look at it like this, you won’t be paying more than 30 EUR.
